How to return a product?

   • Place the items together with the completed return form in the original packaging or in a sturdy box.

4. Keep your proof of shipment:

   • Make sure you keep the proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Exchange The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

Returns Please note that we ship all our orders directly from our warehouse in Asia. This means that all returns must also be sent back to this address. You also agree to this when you place an order with us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning, so you can be sure that the package is delivered correctly. The return costs are at your own expense and may vary by carrier.
